Home Care Service

Make sure you are kept up-to-date on all the maintenance your property needs with a monthly, quarterly or yearly inspection. We will walk your property, do a visible inspection for damages that needs repair, and put together a detailed report for you of what I find.

Standard Inspection

Our standard inspection covers the following points:

Interior and exterior paint
Drywall condition for standard damage, mold, rot or cracking
Plumbing fixtures operating properly and no leaks
Electrical fixtures and bulbs
Cabinet drawers and doors
Man doors and garage doors
Ensure window operation with no leaks
Landscaping
AC filters
Any damage caused by renters
Water softeners
Gutters and drainage
Security systems
Spiders, wasps and other insects
Mice and rats

Inspection Repairs

Following inspection, you can decide what repairs you would like addressed immediately and I can complete the repairs or bring in another contractor.

Specialized Inspections

If any specialized inspections are needed, I can call in other contractors such as plumbing, roofing and HVAC to perform those.

Maintenance Services Coordination

Ensure oversight and service coordination for your needed monthly services such as landscaping, pool service, pest control.
