TimberTech Harvest Collection PVC Deck
New TimberTech Harvest Collection PVC deck in slate gray
For this project, we removed the existing wood deck and rebuilt it to match the original footprint. The new structure features pressure-treated framing at 12" on center, taped joists, code-compliant concrete footings, 1" standoff post base brackets, and a properly flashed ledger connection to the home.
We finished the deck with TimberTech Harvest Collection PVC decking in Slate Gray, along with matching PVC fascia and risers. We also changed the existing flush transitions to a single step on each side of the deck and shimmed the stair framing off the concrete with PVC to help protect the framing from moisture.
The end result is a low-maintenance PVC deck with a completely new structure underneath and several added details designed for long-term durability.
High Rock Exteriors did a fantastic job of replacing my old wood deck with new Timber Tech PVC decking. Mason was on top of everything and communicated with me every step of the way. His crew did a great job building the deck. I'm very happy with the project.
