Porch Roof Post Replacement

The existing post for this customer's porch roof was too short which was causing the roof to sag on the post side. The gutter was also angled the wrong way and did not drain properly. Additionally, there was a piece of fascia that was rotting at the end. To fix all this and replace the post, we jacked up the roof and replaced the post with a new longer post to level the roof. We also replaced the damaged piece of fascia and painted the new framing with two coats of paint.
