Interior Staircase and Landing

This customer in Monroe wanted access from the shop floor to the top of an existing office space, so they hired us to build a new interior staircase and approximately 4' × 4' landing.

Project Details:

• Framed new staircase and 4' × 4' landing
  
• Installed pine stair treads and risers
  
• Built and installed cedar guard railing and pickets along the stairs and landing
  
• Installed a hemlock handrail
  
• Installed a pull-up bar securely connected to the staircase framing
  

This was a custom-built solution designed to provide convenient access to the upper office area while incorporating the railing, handrail, and pull-up bar into the finished staircase.
