Front Deck Renovation

After completing the back deck, we expanded the project to include the front deck using remaining materials. We removed the existing deck, railing, posts, and non-code-compliant stairs, then upgraded the framing from 24" to 12" on center with added blocking and protective tape. New code-compliant stairs, metal flashing, and necessary siding repairs were completed. We finished the project by installing matching Deckorators Sandbar decking, new pressure-treated posts and beam wrapped in cedar for roof support, and a custom cedar picket railing.
