Deck, Structural, and Exterior Restoration

In this project, we removed two decks with two rotted support beams jutting out of the house. We cut back the deck and patched in the siding. We converted a door on one of the decks into a window, and on the other deck we installed a Juliet balcony and painted it to match the house color.

On a few of the beams the rot extended into the storage area underneath the house, which we repaired and sistered supports to prevent future issues.
