Cedar Deck Railing & Staircase

This Monroe customer's front deck railing was rotting and weathered and they were ready for a new one so they hired us to replace it. We installed a beautiful new cedar railing that gives them a fresh look and better protection for years to come.

Some decking had to be removed and replaced in order to add the proper blocking for the new railing. We also replaced some damaged trim that the railing was attached to.

Also, after starting the project we discovered that the stair framing was rotting out, so we reframed the staircase and installed new decking, risers and fascia to get it squared away as well.

The customer wanted to stain it all themselves so we left it ready for them!
